Born, raised and educated in Vermont, Tim knows the state like his own backyard. It’s rare that a client calls in search of the right location and Tim doesn’t already have a few ideas of where to start. A seasoned commercial real estate agent and key team member at White + Burke since 1992, Tim leads the firm's brokerage services and represents clients in many capacities including leasing agent, buyer’s agent, seller’s agent, and tenant representative.
Tim’s accounting roots as a former CPA and decades of real estate asset management experience allow him to help clients realize all facets of truly profitable investment real estate deals. Before joining White + Burke, Tim served as manager of real estate accounting for the Sheraton Corporation in Boston, portfolio manager for National Property Advisors in Atlanta, and vice president of asset management for Karsten Realty Advisors in Dallas. Tim combines this wealth of national experience with his Green Mountain roots to broker successful projects that work in the context of Vermont.
A Shelburne resident and active outdoorsman, Tim spends the weekends fly fishing, cross country and downhill skiing, hiking in the Adirondacks, and disappearing into the woods at deer camp. He’s also a sideline fixture at his two daughters’ ski meets and soccer, lacrosse, and field hockey games.
